Yeah, I really did! It's kind of a rat with some body rust and the seats sag but those things are essentially only cosmetic. You can take a 292 Chevy truck six and build it quite easily and inexpensively to well over 200 HP on pump gas and the Turbo 350 makes the old B-W look like a toy and I can sell the 4.2 XK engine for enough to cover some of the costs.

You want a corporation, I can set one up for you but what you do with it is up to you.

I merely prefer little historical quotations to links in my sig. Some give you RA service for 6 months, which is illegal but the do it anyway, then come back at the end of the 6 months and chage you punitively to continue.

I provide one year of registered agent service, included in the setup cost, with no strings attached.

I provide both a physical and mailing address included in the setup fee.

Most other companies charge extra for bylaws. I include a rather nifty set of bylaws with my service.
