you named your son screwface???

You guys are naming some movies that aren't considered bad by anyone.. even by me and I'm the harshest critic ever...

Some movies are just enjoyable despite how ridiculous they are, that is kind of the beauty in the art form, it doesn't have to make sense sometimes to be fun to watch.

ps. the fifth element was HORRIBLE!! but i still watch it... bruce works it...

Steven Seagal is one cool mo fo and a lousy actor with zero talent, like most of the 80's action stars - I stopped watching his movies 7 years ago. Actually Hollywood stopped to use him for big screen movies. As far as I know the guy is producing something like 2 movies per year and all of them goes for the DVD markets directly - especially asian markets - there are a lot of people there who finds his facial expressions during different situations awesome. Actually he shows just one expression for all of them. I've heard that from this biz only he gets something like 2 mil per year, so he's okay.

Van Damme on the other side shows more potential in acting in his late movies, but he does not have many chances to make some valuable movies. I've heard that he had a conflict 5 or something years ago in S.Stallone mansion where all the hollywood tough guys were gathered for a cocktail or something. Seagal - ( pronounces See-gull , not Se-gal - he said that on interview, but he does not care how the people call him - he has enough fans ) - so he was talking around that he'll kick JCVD's ass and will wipe the floor with him with no problem. So van Damme went berserk and started to confront the big guy - ready to fight. Seagal went out saying: excuse me and got a cab. No fight, no blood.

I just don't care how to spell their names or impress petty people that think that would be important. :)

Enough already...I'll keep watching with my multipass in hand.

I agree. If the Fifth Element comes on, I must watch. Its also the only movie I can stand Chris Tucker in.

Also on the list are the original 3 Star Wars movies. I avoid Spike on the weekends because otherwise I would get nothing done.

I can't accept the premise. Just admit you like some movies that others might consider to be crap. :winkwink:

Now this is why, when I try to join in, and play nice, I get judged...

I guess this is why I cant have nice things... :winkwink:

Just his middle name...

Not sure where to start..

- all kinds of orthodox 80's antics such as 21st Jump Street and alike

- all kinds of horror movies from the 80's and 90's, especially the zombie genre

- old Steven Seagal movies (about one out of six new ones he produces every recent year is also more or less watchable)

- Chuck Norris movies

- anything that's in Imdb's bottom 100

:)

agreed! well... the second part is a bit far... but it is a very original comedy that's for sure :)

why does star wars keep getting brought up? the original trilogy were all nominated for best picture for fuck sakes.... i'm pretty sure that remotely qualifies it as not being a 'sucky' movie.

LOL

OK, not 'Total Crap'... I just mean a movie that you have seen more times than you can count, and dont own, nor even want to own on DVD etc...

Infact, you probably would never tell anyone else to watch it... But... If its on TV... You CANT help but WATCH IT AGAIN :)

LC777_BCM 06-29-2011 11:15 AM
