lol not mad, ok so I typed it in and I see she doesn't spell it like olsen twins.

It's not fake. I'm not saying this as speculation, I know it as a fact. In 99% of the cases it is a webmaster posting, but this is the 1% where it is not...

Look at the date of the tweets. They're randomly assembled. The image has all her "graphic" tweets pasted together to make it look like all she tweets about is fucking. I've been following her for awhile, and there is an occassional tweet like the ones in the image, but they are few and far between....most likely when she gets horny.

Looking at her twitter now, here's a more accurate sampling of her tweets:

Bree is something else. I think this is all just an act - she's an actress and she plays her part well.
