I dont do any cardio, no need...im around 7-8% bodyfat from doing extremely high intensity training and having my diet pinned down 100%. Nutrition is key, anyone can lift things up and put them down, if you dont properly time your nutrient intake you wont grow. I eat around 7-8 meals a day roughly 6-800 calories each, sometimes more sometimes more sometimes less.

You guys are funny, you do realize you can get cardio from other ways than running? 30-45 seconds between sets while squatting 315 will get your heart rate up more than running and also burns more calories :)

there is cardio there! i just dont get on a treadmill and pound away for 40 minutes at a time, i kill 2 birds with one stone :). Occassionally ill do some HIIT training where ill sprint for 1 minute between each exercise, usually to blast off 1-2% bf rather quickly. Also training fasted with branch chain amino acids, but theres always a pretty noticeable strength loss for the time training with no calories in my system
