Correct me if I am wrong (and Im sure yall will) but when you upload a photo to google + I believe you assign the rights to that photo to google.

lets say you take a picture of someone who goes on to be famous and you send that pic via google plus and say OMG look what I found...this pic of Celebrity A sucking face with porn chick A ....google has every right to sell that photo according to the tos.

I do believe google has a provision in the tos to terminate that grant of rights which is helpful but as with sharing pictures anywhere you should be very careful what you post there.

in other words google can remove your watermark and do whatever they want with the photo and you cant do shit abut it...
