Fansign Rules

Due to the large volume of Fansign threads, and the spam level abuse of some, here are the fansign rules at GFY.

1. Your 'announcement' thread has to have at least one fansign in the first post. The fansign must be for one of the big posters or moderators on GFY.

2. Your fansigns must be completed in no less than three days, and you must do at least 20 of the first posters to the thread.

3. They cannot be computer generated or simple text that could have been computer generated. That is pure spam. They need to have texture and variation to them, in other words, it has to be totally obvious to anyone that they are hand made.

4. There cannot be any conditions to making a sign, such as you must signup for an affiliate program.

If you do not like the rules, don’t do fansigns and there are plenty of girls who really want the publicity, and will follow the rules.

OK in regards to these rules... they make no sense to me...

1. How can you post a fansign in the first post when you are announcing you are doing the fansigns, if they haven't been shot it is impossible to post a fansign in the first post !

2. We would of done it in 3 days, but alas like in life the shoot got moved ! Things happen, nothing we can do about that... sorry.

3. Well yes of course we hand right all the fansigns.

4. How does the model get promotion if the fansign isnt linked to her site via an affiliate ? I just dont get the business sense in that at all... unless the fansign as her url wrote on it in big capital letters... weird !

My apologies, I didn't see this rule. Yes, it's my own fault for not seeing it, I have no excuses or anything of the kind, just simply didn't see it. If it is seen fit to delete this thread, by all means, that would be fine. My intent wasn't to break any rules anywhere, not the way I do things.

However, for the record, we do have a banner on here, so we do pay advertising, if that is worth anything at all. :Oh crap
