I'm sorry to shit on you guys like this because pre xmas 2010 you guys were great.. but now... I honestly cannot say that I would recommend you guys to anyone because of the way you guys have conducted business for the past 8 months. Which makes us sad because you guys were the first biller that we'd recommend pre xmas 2010.

I at least commend you guys for trying to be more communicative with what's going on.. but communication isn't the only thing you need to be doing. If you want a heartfelt, fully honest opinion... clean house and get rid of whoever it is that keeps causing these screw ups.

Two weeks ago we updated our join forms. During this period we have monitored the join forms closely and see about the same join ratios as the old forms. However the new join forms will probably have a better ratios when the new payment options are introduced the coming months.

However, some of the clients experience that the old form had a better join ratio. For that we have now enabled an option in ZOA, so that you can choose if you want to use the e-ticket form (new) or the old simple credit card form (old).

We recommend you to use the e-ticket form (new). But below is a guide how to switch back to the old form.

If you want to use the new form as recommended, just delete this message and continue using Zombaio as normal.


- HOW TO SWITCH BACK TO THE OLD JOIN FORMS -

Logon to ZOA. Click TOOLS - WEBSITE MANAGEMENT. Then click SETTINGS on the site you want to switch template. Scroll down to the ZOMBAIO JOIN FORM TEMPLATE section and choose template #2 in the select box. When done, click APPLY CHANGES in the template section. Now you are using the old join forms again.

So this just in. Heard Zombaio Intermediary bank is charging $20, then the receiving bank a person uses charged $10-$20. Just heard about a guy getting charged $40 to receive his payment via wire.

Hi,
Some intermediate banks Nordea used for US wires sometimes charged extra. This will be better for many of you now with Commerzbank who has domestic setup in the US.

We are also introducing ACH and RedPass Direct Payments within a very short time which will be a very good alternative to wires to banks charging the extra fee.

Zombaio does not have an intermediary bank. The receiving bank sometimes has a intermediary bank to be able to receive international wires. If you are receiving money from Zombaio or ANY other international wire, you fee will be exactly the same. Discuss this with your bank, and see what they can do. Some banks hold funds too long before they place it on your account. This becomes very obvious now when we see cleared wires from some days ago and still no clearing from others. To have the money cleared faster, do this:

I heard SWIFT was used and still charged an intermediary. And to make it more confusing. No Intermediary charge for 3 wires, then charges for 2 wires, then no charge for 1, then missing payment, then charges for current.

Zombaio don't have my monies

Intermediary Bank don't have my monies

My business bank don't have my monies

Swirlsgirls don't have the monies

now account is overdrawn because zombaio is late with my monies....even though they took the monies from my customers almost a month ago

Now I ask you ....Who works for who people as critical as I have been of the other processor at least I can say that in 7 years not 1 single payout delay or excuse....not 1 in seven years thanks for "getting that part right"

There is no excuses for late payouts, we always do everything in our power to serve payouts as fast as possible. Most times we pay BEFORE the due date, and very few times after.

We hold funds for 14 days because we receive them from the different acquirers between 7-14 days from the transaction date. I don't know where you get the "month" from, unless you have chosen to have monthly payouts.

I am speaking as a matter of principal and it is a very simple one....the payout I am waiting for is from funds that were taken from my customers credit cards about a month ago.

As Thomas said earlier, "We hold funds for 14 days because we receive them from the different acquirers between 7-14 days from the transaction date". Zombaio also has their own mechanisms in place to protect themselves against fraud which I'm sure costs a little more time to work out before paying you. Without these delays, without the fraud checks, companies like Zombaio would take a huge risk if they paid out faster than they should, which would drive up their own costs.

I'm not speaking for Zombaio - I am just giving my own opinion and offering an alternative idea, thats all.

Here is what you should do. Contact your sales rep at Zombaio (or as Thomas) to clarify their payout policies. If you decide that it does not work for you for whatever reason, choose another processor who does work within your acceptable range. It would be best for you, wouldn't it?

All billers only make money when you do. If their policies don't work for you and they can't change their policies for you, then they will lose you as a customer of course. It would be better for you to clarify these points with your Zombio rep directly instead of making complaints about them in public without possibly knowing all of the facts.

Just my 2 cents.

Payout delays and screw ups used to be frowned upon and intolerable, now its pretty routine and acceptable. Its just the way its... I mean why complain, you only hurt the company who is holding your funds....

I don't now about the rest of you but I was told that my payout was sent on friday august 5th...period..

It has not arrived and today is august 11th. Yesterday clients of zombaio who had not received wires were advised to contact support and get a "wire swift receipt"

After contacting support we received a response that they in fact have no swift wire reciept...

so now I have to ask is there turmoil in the ranks? Why they contradictory information, why the run around, why say one thing on the boards and something different off the boards.

Only in la la land can the party who is still waiting to be paid become a BULLSEYE for gripes about wanting to be paid...

PLEASE answer one question.....

How does my august 5th payout say "cleared" inside my admin... while today I get an email from zombaio telling me that they have no record of a swift receipt on the payment.

There can be no two ways about...either they sent the money or they didn't...

If Zomabio would take my priceless advice they will never have this problem again..

Instead of holding the monies, and passing excuses .... flip it... Pass the monies, and hold the excuses

......presto problem solved overnight...I normally charge for this advice but we sympathize with your monies troubles and will not bill you for this advice
