We are as frustrated as you guys. We had a lot of feedback that all EU payments are cleared and it seems that most of the US payments were also cleared today. If you still have not received your payout due, please go around the support and email me. But please check your account statement first. In that case we will in goodwill CFT over the money due (payout to any Visa or MasterCard) and cover the expense for this.
We can also confirm that the new bank is fully implemented now and those payout delays is hopefully gone forever. Payouts from the new bank Commerzbank Frankfurt will still show Zombaio Payout XXXXX on your account statement. *) If you want us to CFT the funds you will still receive the wire since it is already in the system and impossible for us to stop. That means you will receive two wires. For that we will deduct the CFT transfer amount from your next payout. |
Tomas, spoke with my buddy and he said not the last wire, but the one before is still missing. Says he has emailed support 4 times now and all they keep saying is we will talk to accounting about this.. no response in 3 days now I guess.
Also, he said he switched to verotel, 3 day trial 2.95 vs 1 day trial $1 at zombaio and saw a 40% increase in rebills... |

Has anybody got an answer from Zombaio concerning when they are going to do the June Rebills, they didn't do, I was down about 20% in revenue? I keep hearing next week or will send to accounting..

I spoke with them yesterday and they sent me scanned receipt of the wire. It was dated 8/11. Since its the weekend I don't expect it to hit my account until Monday.

Well, it's now Wednesday and we've been told here that all payments should be cleared by now but guess what.... yup.. still no payment.
To put it plainly... where is our money? We're getting so tired of your guys' constant screw ups it isn't even funny............... |

That is a stark change from before,when we would get the money either on or even before the posted "settlement date" for said check in Zombaio's payout report. |
