We are as frustrated as you guys. We had a lot of feedback that all EU payments are cleared and it seems that most of the US payments were also cleared today. If you still have not received your payout due, please go around the support and email me. But please check your account statement first. In that case we will in goodwill CFT over the money due (payout to any Visa or MasterCard) and cover the expense for this.

We can also confirm that the new bank is fully implemented now and those payout delays is hopefully gone forever. Payouts from the new bank Commerzbank Frankfurt will still show Zombaio Payout XXXXX on your account statement.

*) If you want us to CFT the funds you will still receive the wire since it is already in the system and impossible for us to stop. That means you will receive two wires. For that we will deduct the CFT transfer amount from your next payout.

Tomas, spoke with my buddy and he said not the last wire, but the one before is still missing. Says he has emailed support 4 times now and all they keep saying is we will talk to accounting about this.. no response in 3 days now I guess.

Also, he said he switched to verotel, 3 day trial 2.95 vs 1 day trial $1 at zombaio and saw a 40% increase in rebills...

And we hear from a lot of customers that since they have switched to us from the competitors their revenue has increased, scrubbing is more secure and does not have any false positive etc.

I think we all hear a lot.

Ask him to contact me, I am a man of my words. If he has a 40% increase in rebills, and can prove this with statements, I will paypal over USD 1.000 to him right away and ask my team to do a total makeover of the rebill system. (that is also of course with the same pricing, accepted cards, sites etc.)

Has anybody got an answer from Zombaio concerning when they are going to do the June Rebills, they didn't do, I was down about 20% in revenue? I keep hearing next week or will send to accounting..

Wow. I read something about it a while back but didn't pay too much attention to recall it now. Definitely do a search and see what you find. That said if a company is late any more than about a week (let alone a month) with processing rebills for *any* reason I would say that it's time to switch to someone else for new sales and not even think of coming back until 6 months to a year of positive history with others. Let others test the waters for you. Losing rebills can be catastrophic.

Tomas, so now my friend says he was told time and time again that his missing wire had been sent, blah blah blah.. now he says he finally got a wire pdf from zombaio and it shows it wasn't sent until yesterday. Nobody, the whole time, ever said, sorry we messed up, it was delayed, anything.. They kept telling him it was sent...

As for the offer, I'll let em know.. but to be honest, I think he'll make more than $1k extra keeping his cascade the way it is now ;)

First the PDF does not show when the payment is sent, is is only showing the processing date which is varying depending on the settlement date, if the receiving bank is in EU or US etc. You are a very good friend, but please ask your friend to contact me direct instead of support if he really want help and attention.

If you have open support tickets and you don't get attention, let me know via email. The support department has 24 to answer any inquiry.

And for the offer, your friend does not have to change his cascade. He just have to send me a simple proof. And if you are right, the offer is on... easy money and very good feedback for us. We think we are the best converting and lowest scrubbing IPSP, if I am wrong, let me know so we can do something about it...

I spoke with them yesterday and they sent me scanned receipt of the wire. It was dated 8/11. Since its the weekend I don't expect it to hit my account until Monday.

Well, it's now Wednesday and we've been told here that all payments should be cleared by now but guess what.... yup.. still no payment.

To put it plainly... where is our money? We're getting so tired of your guys' constant screw ups it isn't even funny...............

Yeah, being told to basically "hurry up and wait" when it comes to OUR money is not good.

I got on with their "chat support" both yesterday and today and got the same "answer", but still no pay-check.

It's now Wednesday night. Paycheck was supposed to hit Monday. And according to the Payment Report in Zombaio when I login, the payment has "cleared". (funds are in motion, right?)

Due to previous hiccups they've had, we've reduced our usage of Zombaio to trials and some special discount offers, but that's it. But still a fair amount of rebills with them, so we'd like our money on time. Simple thing to ask, no?

I usually don't like the idea of opening a "GFY Support Ticket", but when it comes to our money, I guess I throw certain principles out the window.

We'll see what tomorrow brings. Hurry up and wait. (for our money)

My payments are late this week, but was told by Zombaio, that the payment date on the dashboard is no longer the date you should expect payment, but is the date it is sent from the bank.

Just wished they had let me know this earlier

Oh sure zombaio that makes perfect sense....

zombaio sends payment on august 5th according to zombaio admin, and zombaio support

payment finally hits account august 15th

10 days for a wire to travel from zombaios bank to my own bank even when you are charged 20 bucks for a wire....

I wonder if paying for a check would have been cheaper and got the check here in less than 10 days:thumbsup

They're only listening because people are making decisions to remove them from cascades and some probably already have! If there was no money at stake, they most likely couldn't give a flying fuck about anyone. Why? Because of the way they implement.

Be happy you got paid. If you're not happy with them don't use them. Nobody is forcing you to.

We got paid today. It was explained to us that due to the new bank they're using, wires won't be sent until the so-called "settlement date" for that check in Zombaio,which means we won't receive the money in our bank account for 3 to 5 biz days later.

That is a stark change from before,when we would get the money either on or even before the posted "settlement date" for said check in Zombaio's payout report.
