good for you. i quit cold turkey like 8 years ago. then about a year ago i had a reunion with the cigs for a while out of nowhere, but it didn't last.

Been a couple/few years of non smoking for me now after having smoked for 30+. You can do it! Try not to get fat though! LOL it's a serious thing, not a myth.

Good for you dude! It isn't easy. I quit for the 2nd time 3 years ago. I still miss it almost every day.

I quit smoking ready made cigarettes whenever that nasty FSC conspiracy shit came out,

then I switched to roll your own tobacco.. which did not have near as many chemicals.

Once I made the transition to normal tobacco, it was much easier to get off.

i had VERY hard time quitting... then i discovered the beauty of e-cigs.... after 16 years now smoke free and loving every minute :)
