Your point was that I shouldn't be condescending. But you couldn't figure out how to say that, so I condescendingly replied pointing out your primary school level mistake.

So yes, it has blown your point out of the water. Thanks for noticing.

But to be fair, your point was fairly shit anyway. As was your initial point, which was that there is nothing in common with bankers getting bonuses as kids get kicked out of their homes. There clearly is. So even when you try and make a point, it is a shit point, and you fail to make it in an interesting, compelling or amusing way. And when this is politely explained to you, you resort to name-calling.

Oh and it's congrats. Not congrads. It's short for congratulations. A whole 5 syllables. Must do your fucking head in words that long, eh?

intelligent or clever. Not nor. You use nor when the first half is negative.

Fuck, did you go to school past 12?

I had no doubt as to the reasons why you called me a cunt. I was just trying to explain to someone clearly who is struggling to keep up here, that when you try (and in your case fail) to make a point, or a counterpoint, it weakens your position to name call.

It is the sort of thing Robbie does.

It is what you do when you cannot think of a clever counterpoint. It's what you do when you have run out of anything even vaguely resembling intelligent to say. However, I'm not entirely sure you ever did in the first place.

We throw the bankers (and on this side of the pond, the Wall Street gang) who ruined the economy into jail.

Deny looters, muggers and arsonists any and all public assistance.

It's not like the two ideas are mutually exclusive or anything.

Think outside of those designated preselected boxes the politicians give you everybody.

umm of course. but the bankers crime makes getting all twsited into a knot about a broken window and a stolen pair of jeans quite silly, and actually quite grotesque.

I don't have a problem with the concept, but I think the person should be convicted first. A mere accusation should not be sufficient. Innocent until proven guilty or some such nonsense.

pornmasta 08-14-2011 08:26 AM

It is cool to be work in a bank while looters are so... so .. poors.

People are making an error in talking about subsidized housing. It has not been subsidized for many years. It is public housing in that it is owned by local councils.

keeping living expenses low, by supplying cheap food and housing allows a low minimum wage thus cheap labor. The subsidy is for companies who pay crap wages. This is one of the functions of a capitalist state to keep wages low. Import cheap labor, high unemployment etc. all ways of lowering the cost of labor and hence production.

This is the reason States hate one of the few democratic organizations there are - the Trade Unions, as they are able to force wages up.

Okay, so they can do what they want. Guy should have thought of that before he decided to get arrested.

Because it is not Big Brothers money, its our money.

Wealth is created by working people (poor people) and owned and controlled by the rich.

Winston Churchill hated the working class . Born rich and an imperalist fighting to maintain an Empire all his life. Socialism for him was a nightmare for it ment the end of a life of privilage.

If you are not an aristocrat or extremley rich but share his views you are like the house slave who sees the world from his master's point of view betraying his himself, his family, friends and class.

Yet we do that for every other single criminal ever when we arrest them.

Anybody know someone who was convicted of a crime like vandalism/looting and
lost their social security benefits or medicare because of it?

It's just a way to "attack" people, it's not justice, just hatred.
