First impression, it is more precise and comfortable than my vintage aeron. It rolls better too.
I spent the additional $200 and got it with the fully adjustable everything.. I am sure that this package was created for the Dutch.

For the money, a thumbs up on the Mirra.

Just noticed that it matches perfectly with the Ultra carbon fiber computer case in my office.

We're rolling on some B and C Aerons, terrific chairs that look like they're new even after years of use and abuse.

I see no reason to upgrade to the Mirra at this point.
