only with youtube.. but 90% of adult tubes dont accept any submissions or dont post your link at all or never ever post the video you upload...

so the answer is no..

LOL, have you tried to buy banner space on tube sites ? I am still new on all this, but WTF they need to accept your submissions while they have people who pay for banners, get real!

Don't know about sales but got free signups to members with tube sites banners, just like with everything else.

To be even more real, are there any people who do arbitrage of traffic in adult, or it's all dead long time ago ?
