and the administrative girl (red head in the video)... is my wife ... so i can bang her as much as i want at home... here at the office.... we dont do it , we sell it :)

You've been a big affiliate for awhile. What kind of setup did you have before this? Was it decentralized?

we opened our first office 4 years ago.

Before that we been running our sites from homes, (me here and my partner in France).

Keeping the motivation, focus and group work remotely is really challenging.

Centralizing was the best thing we ever did.
