I think anyone that registers "Facebook" dot anything, while using Facebook colours for their site design is pretty well an idiot.

That - alongside the domain - makes it look and feel to me like a phishing site. I'm not saying it is - though with a minor change it could be - but it sure feels like one when you expect to simply give someone a rating and it pops up asking for your FB login details.
