Hot place! I lived on the water on Isle of Capri in Queensland for 5 years. Queensland is a cross between Miami and California. Excellent place to live. Good luck with the sale!

Thanks. I have spoken to the other party about it, it looks perfect as a venue for hosting our Aussie based training and networking retreats. We can fly up next week pending the outcome of discussions with the agent. We've been searching for properties like this for a while but unfortunately few had acreage. I'll wait to hear from the agent.

Thank you , He is on it now. Its a perfect property for that , in fact a few other have enquired about the same thing, but sadly cant afford it. The property has nothing to do on it, Just move in. And there is a gardener to do the maintenence included for a year !

Between myself and the other party price isn't an issue. It's suitability to the purpose that is important, right now we rent commercial retreats and not being fully set up upon walking in is a pain, a site dedicated to the purpose is what we need.

Edit: dont construe that as we wont be working hard to negotiate a better price, we also don't want the car.

I have spoken to the agent have been emailed all the initial info we need, we're going to touch base again early next week and aim to fly up later next week or early the week after. I wont post in the thread again, it's not really the place to negotiate or the venue for discussion beyond what we have already here, but your agent should have already briefed you on our discussions.

Nice pad - pity about the Porsche though! The only drawback is that it's in Australia's version of Miami.......the Gold Coast.

Location is excellent for your needs, 15 mins from the main rail line with trains straight to the airport. 30 mins to the gold coast airport , 30 mins to centre of surfer paradise .......JUST PERFECT
