Nice pad - pity about the Porsche though! The only drawback is that it's in Australia's version of Miami.......the Gold Coast.

We've just emailed the agent for a copy of the contract. My partner has a couple of concerns about location, we're working through the due diligence stuff atm. We'll see how the next few days pans out.

Location is excellent for your needs, 15 mins from the main rail line with trains straight to the airport. 30 mins to the gold coast airport , 30 mins to centre of surfer paradise .......JUST PERFECT

Raven, we are still in the picture, we have had the contract for 48 hours, I emailed your agent back and forth a couple of times today, things are just a little slow at the moment because of my mobility issues and the fact that my partner is in Sydney and our Solicitor is in Melbourne and I am unable to get to either easily right now. It may turn out that my partner goes for a look without me, he's the one who needs convincing not me :)
