Closing his affiliate accounts of even his Forum is not going to make the Problem Go away...
He can reopen new affiliate accounts and run new Forums under new Domain names( there are 100's of them just like his) what content producers need to do is go after the sites that are hosting the content like: http://www.filesonic.com http://oron.com http://filepost.com/ http://ul.to/ http://www.wupload.com/ why don't they? |

Using the DMCA for copyright holders to stem the tide of infringement is akin to “shoveling sand down the beach — but with a spoon,” said Kevin Suh, senior vice president of Internet content protection at the MPAA. “That’s part of the frustration we feel.” Read more: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0911/64053.html#ixzz1ZXm7sJEI" |

man.. do you live in a BOX?? no wonder all content being stolen when webmasters are blind and don't know those places, or just knew them when they were around for years. those guys get paid between 10 and 50 dollars for every 1000 downloads.. some of them are doing between 10K and 15K per month... I don't blame them for uploading, if adult sponsors fucked them, not paying, closing their accounts or getting their money. I don't care if some nazi republican thinks that they only make 1K per month.. obviously they have no idea of the numbers. :1orglaugh 10-15K per month is standard for this activity, like it was standard for gallery submitters 5 years ago. so fuck the rich sponsors.. im glad they are making money with it.. shitty sponsors deserve to be fucked like this for all the bad they did to us affiliates during the last 5 years, stealing our traffic, upselling in their members areas and stealing our hard earned MEMBERS.. Im glad shitty sponsors are getting fucked like this. PERIOD. |

This is simple shit folks. As fast as they can post it... you could have it taken down even faster. The bottom line is we as content owners really have to work a lot less than the bozo's doing the uploads. It takes considerable upload time for video pirates to do this... all we have to do is copy the link and fire it off with a standard form letter that never changes. Monotony... uploaders do become frustrated when they are fucked with constantly and tend to back off a particular sites content when they witness their links going dead fast. You all want to win? Or just sit here and whine about it? http://i51.tinypic.com/24m5f9h.jpg |

Getting all these files taken down really does help. BUT, it would help a LOT more if everyone did it. It's not like pirated a normal movie. If you want to see Avatar but can't find a pirated version of it, you don't say to yourself, "I can't find Avatar, but here is 'Terms of Endearment, so I'll just watch that."
Porn is the opposite. When a guy can't find your scene with the blonde, he'll download the next scene with a blonde in it. Because SO many of the content out there is interchangeable, it doesn't really matter to that guy. That's why everyone has skin the game here. If we are all in this together, helping each other to get our pirated files down, PLUS striving to make content that isn't so "generic" anymore, we can make a big dent in piracy and our bottom lines. I say this both as a content producer and a co-owner of Porn Guardian. If you do DMCAs yourself, awesome! If you hire Eric, Nate or Porn Guardian to do it for you, AWESOME! But do SOMETHING, because the "head in the sand" routine won't work to your advantage. And if you can't afford one of the fully staffed solutions (Porn Guardian, TakeDownPiracy or RemoveYourContent), then consider using our "do it yourself" platform. You don't have to pay the price for a staffed solution but still get the benefits of our industry-leading platform. If your problem is relatively small, this DIY version of Porn Guardian is absolutely free. Otherwise you can buy packages based on how many files you are taking down per month. Medium-sized companies could get by with < $100 per month if they needed to by doing it themselves and using our automation platform. More info on the PornGuardian website under "Services->FREE Do it Yourself Service." Of course, a fully staffed solution is best. One guy in your office spending an hour a day on piracy is not the same as a 25-person staff (in our case, anyhow) looking for your content 24/7. |

those indian and russian uploaders to filesonic are doing bank.. well, 10K per month is quite some bank.
and they also give free jobs to others.. for example the texan republican gays who send MASS DMCA's with their spamming scripts, lol.. quite funny to see those homosexuals sending DMCAs and charging people for it.. quite funny, really. anyway im sure soon or late karma will hit those guys hard and they will face prison time.. No, not the uploaders, but the scammers charging people for sending fake dmca's... fbi is already informed and since they live inside us territory they are very fucked. heh. |

FSC has always rubbed me the wrong way. Dating back to when 2257 popped up. I really felt they bullied people around for money. I always had a bad taste in my mouth about them. To be honest I never trusted them or asacp. I went to the content retreat in January and emailed Diane Duke a few times to get up and using what FSC had put in place and never received an email. I'm far too emotional (as most of you know) and I was bitter and upset about that which is why I said FSC is full of shit. Vobile looked great in presentation and we were well on our way to implementing it. We had no issues the guys running it were awesome. In the past month or two I've talked to a few guys who had to implement vobile and they both kinda laughed at it being a joke. That's where my comment about vobile came from which I shouldn't have made because I haven't tried it and I really liked the guys that worked there. |
