My suggestion for an 'instant return' - a webcam studio, a relatively decent one, of course it wouldn't cost 150k, but would be great to work with that kind of budget.

Incase you don't understand why a webcam studio is basically an instant return - as soon as you set it up and get the girl(s) (or guys, or trannies, or couples) infront of the camera they're making money and sales by the minute. Of course if you have a shitty setup, they won't make enough to cover costs and make a decent profit, that will be the key.

ya cams is definitely the easiest area to make money in if u have the girls and traffic.

one complaint i have about 3rd world studios is how sad the cam cubicles look. dirty bed, sheet/blanket on the wall, sometimes several girls next to each other in the same room.

surf around mfc and you'll notice there's no 3rd world girls on the first couple of pages. the top earners are stay-at-home US/EU girls, or eastern euro/russian girls working in a pimped studio that is dressed up like her bedroom.

If I had 150K I would not buy an existing site unless I knew EXACTLY where and how that site was getting its' traffic. I have several sites worth that much and more in revenue (gross) but would never, ever sell them (the whole network or nothing). Because building up a site to do that kind of volume takes a LOT of work and effort, and any potential buyer would need to know exactly how to keep the traffic/sales flowing otherwise they would just be throwing money away.

Sites do not run themselves, and a site cannot exist on Google traffic alone at that volume of sales (I don't think). In other words, just counting on someone searching for the site via Google and making enough sales to justify the 150k investment is a tough find, if at all.
No, sites need to be "worked" - so if a site needs to be "worked" then work your OWN site. True, it takes time to build and perhaps you want something already producing but finding someone to sell a cash cow like that for less than 2-3 years of income will be a hard find. Good luck tho!
