Don't forget it's revshare. How much do you think that 3K would be over the next year or so when they all finished rebilling out. Could easily be 10-15K in future lost rebill sales. What he is owed so far is just a small fraction of what he is losing by them stealing the rebills.

The owner of the site is obviously a piece of shit but I don't see anything biggy did wrong.
