Gary, love, well done for trying to join in a grown up's conversation. Some companies have 'mailing addresses' for their business that their accounts set up. So it looks like they are a proper business. Degban, the snake oil selling twats that pretend to stop piracy do this too.

What Will is trying to explain is that it is a not a real address, but a business forwarding service set up by their accountant.
