100% support for Amerinoc! They power my entire online business and I do not know what I would do without them.

And during my years with them, I have never been asked to do anything at all, besides paying my hosting bill and that is money well spent!

I've complimented Amerinoc / Phatservers here many times over the past 6 years. When a companies service and support are superior they really stand out in our industry and people take notice. Now anything good said about them is tainted with:

"Too bad you only make these comments after they do basic support and then email
you asking that you go to GFY and post something good about them."

It was late after business hours when Blackmonsters started posting in this thread. I'm sure he'll wake up today with a clear mind, maybe a hangover, suck it up and apologize. No biggie :thumbsup

Not once has Phatservers/Amerinoc asked me to praise them on GFY. I do it because I'm astounded by the incredible level of support I receive from them from them.

I only wish every service and utility that I pay for (gas, electric, cable, phones, internet, etc.) provided the same level of service as AmeriNoc.

Amerinoc sucks ass. They have support who can maybe maybe add an IP to firewall whitelist (after a couple hours of wait), but anything more complicated than that, you have to wait till next day for the "senior tech" to have a look at it.

I believe they wanted a more professional mainstream name. Phatservers was great for adult but may come off as unprofessional in other circles.

In more than ten years they never asked me to post anything and back when I started with them I had pull on the board, so if they were going to ask anyone it would make sense to ask me.

II seriously thought about flying out to San Diego to observe their workflow and learn how they do support so quickly. If they would let me watch, that is. I've never seen better support from any company in any industry.
