Gordons ghetto

CYF 11-03-2011 05:12 PM

I like Bombay Sapphire and Tanqueray.

HomerSimpson 11-03-2011 06:19 PM

I drink gin-tonic occasionally...

garce 11-03-2011 06:34 PM

You need Gin to make a proper Martini. Cowards drink vodka.

Gin - the drink of whores. Embrace it.

I hate martinis. An ex-girlfriend introduced me to the Bombay Slush.

Crush up a bunch of ice with a hammer, then pour Bombay over it. Man, I miss her and used to love that stuff.

i just went out and got a bottle of bombay, pimms and Smirnoff long island ice tea
the bombay is nice better than i expected

bns666 11-04-2011 05:13 AM

nicely expanding thread, cheers :)

cooldude7 11-04-2011 05:17 AM

gin is female drink , real men drink scotch / whisky / rum on the rocks. ;)

Chosen 11-04-2011 06:00 AM

I don't :pimp

bns666 11-04-2011 06:13 AM

proper gin has much stronger taste than rum and whisky (i drink all 3) so it's hardly a female drink.

DamianJ 11-04-2011 06:17 AM

50 bottles of gin

Great, micro distillery in London.

Sophie Delancey 11-04-2011 07:36 AM

I love Hendricks, but Bombay Sapphire or Tanqueray will do in a pinch. Gin is definitely my liquor of choice.

calvinawe 11-04-2011 08:32 AM

gin tonic is the best for sure

I drink both gin AND vodka. I'm only a half coward.

Calico Jack 11-06-2011 11:08 PM

Hendricks for sure. Small batch and distilled in Scotland! It's unique and not like you're everyday gin, but you won't find better (and I've drunk most brands of gin).

i agree - gin tastes like gasoline to me. the imagery of a martini is classic - wish i could stand the actual taste of them.

you need to have cucumber with the hendricks... not lime.

sojproductions 11-07-2011 10:08 AM

I see where is the problem, 50/50 is too much for me, I like it light. Around 25/75 is what I drink
