Fanboy, I wish you were an affiliate we owed money to. Instead of paying you on-time, I would just wait til you "cried" about it on GFY so I could call you a drama queen and extra needy.:winkwink: |
SwirlsGirl is absolutely retarded. It seems to be a disturbing trend around here.

Fella, it's been "weeks" already and I've "taken it easy" for that amount of time. Those facts, along with the fact that it's certainly not the first occurrence, and the fact that there was very sub-par support/communication handling of this issue, all lead us to where we are now. Do me a favor, sign up for our affiliate program and when you come to me asking why you haven't been paid on time, first I will tell you "I'll check on it, and get back to you via email." Then I won't email you when I said I would. Then when you "moan" about it on GFY, I'll tell you to "take it eeeeaaaassssy, shit happens mannnn, it's just the normal business worrrrrrrrlllld". (in a really sleazy voice) |

I just got my first payment via ACH. Kick ass! Thanks Zombaio! Using ACH is going to save me a ton of money. :)

UPDATE - The missing money has been received. Thank you Zombaio for your escalated attention in resolving this matter.

You have every right to go public on this. Contacting the Zombaio support team should be enough. If they need a ticket in order to do their work, then they should create that ticket if you don't create one. If they say they will investigate and reply to you tomorrow, then that's what they should do. Whatever business you run and especially anything that has to do with banking and processing other people's money, you should always do what you promise. If that doesn't work, you go to GFY. Which shouldn't be a problem because if Zombaio was running a clean business, they wouldn't have anything to hide. They didn't do what they promised me some months ago either so I did the GFY routine too and wasn't happy with their answers and attitude and concluded that Zombaio is a sinking ship, set up credit card billing with two other processors and am happy with that. I have 57 memberships left with Zombaio and if they ever delay a payment and don't give proper support I'll remove the full Zombaio htpasswd list from my site and then Zombaio can deal with all the angry members not getting what they paid for and refund all of them; it will be Zombaio's problem, not mine.
Also, NOTHING can go wrong with bank wires unless your system is seriously fucked up, and I'm totally sure Zombaio's system is more than seriously fucked up. I already brought up in here weeks ago that they are charging card holders after they cancelled their subscriptions and recently found out that they reactivated cancelled subscriptions after cancellation and termination. I found three accounts like this, contacted all three card holders and two of them confirmed what I'm stating here. One account was reactivated 2 months after it was cancelled and terminated and all three accounts have been billed for two months in a row now. Also these accounts were not added back to the Zombaio htpasswd list, so these members are paying for something they cancelled without having access to what they're paying for. Tomas wrote about this that it's not possible and that I should not make such statements and asked me for proof. Well Tomas the proof is on the bank statements of those credit card holders AND in your own system. Do your home work. And to use the words of your support team: "I'll look into this and contact you about this tomorrow". And that's a promise :wink wink: Also you are still sending wires with all costs paid by the receiver and at the same time charging me extra for sending wires to me. How deep is your greed? |
