Proves what? It is just a pdf being served from a website for lunatics. Where is proof it was actually filed? Just because the document says it was filed electronically doesn't mean it actually was.

It's a motion supposedly prepared by the defense request that the court to reverse its decision that she is unfit to stand trial and to then try her for the crimes, rather than allow her to continued to be detained indefinitely.

It's purely procedural. What do you think her attorneys are going to say to try to get the court to reverse their decision so she can be tried?

The irony,.... she would be serving life in prison had her attorneys succeeded.

I guess i should have said "could be serving..." since the simply irony of the motion itself and the fact i was pointing out that had the court reversed its decision, she would have been tried for multiple crimes carrying a life sentence, instead of being released from custody seems to escape both you and Caligari.
