Brad, do what I did 2 years ago when MM cancelled my last account. Create a gmail (or other non-descript free mail service), choose a generic name, and load up some innocuous looking photos which at least communicate your technical/artisitc skills, sans nudity.
When models contact you (or if you contact them), have them follow up with you "for more details" at your "regular" email addy. Mission accomplished! :thumbsup
If you keep a low profile, you can still conduct significant business there, including casting calls, studio rental notices, etc.
It's futile to bitch and moan about something that you have little to no chance of changing, but if it makes you feel better, go ahead.
One last thing, before you have your GFY account closed, is that I learned about your content store from GFY, and as a result, I licensed all of your content. :2 cents:
You have to ask yourself, who are you hurting by leaving, yourself or the trolls?
I probably butt heads with as many buttheads as anyone here on GFY. It's part of the charm of this place... :winkwink:
The bottom line is that I am mostly here for my bottom line, but it's also a great place to vent and scrum.
From my observation, you have caused more problems for your company by getting all butt hurt and overreacting, than the trolls have caused you. If you had have just ignored the trolls, all of this would probably have gone away by now.
Anyway, you're a good guy, so I hope you'll take a timeout, think things over, and come back with a different approach, and I think you will be able to still conduct good business here at GFY despite the trolls (even though some of them have long memories, and live to stir up shit).
