Write a legal letter of demand and then follow through with a lawsuit if he ignores you again, or just walk away if the court fees don't make it worth filing. Seriously, this guy obviously isn't going to pay you of his own volition. Make a decision whether to pursue it or not, and go from there. I'm sorry it happened.

bns you are probably right. in long run the idiot is loosing money though by driving int. affiliates away.I would have sent him 50-60 new customers in the mean time and he would have make much more money than what he owes me in long run.

weird thing in my case is that google previously picked a fhg with my aff code and i see there's traffic and occasional sale coming from it even if i don't link it from anywhere anymore...

While I'm not the type who condones porn piracy, did it cross anyone's mind to just download all his content and upload it to all "user submitted" tube sites. That's one way to get his attention or at the very least, get some measure of revenge if you are not getting your money. Again, not advocating it but if an affiliate screwed me, and all attempts to get paid failed, you can believe that scammer affiliate's content is going to be hitting the tubes :)
