I feel like we can generate enough organic traffic to be profitable without any affiliates.

Although, we do intend to cherry pick some affiliates. And we already have some contacts who have been in the internet scene since the Anderson video days.

You're about 4 years late. Makes no sense to open new sites in this environment. The better the site the more the chances of it getting ripped. If you're hoping you will have different results than others that have been doing this for years just know you are in for a huge battle. And it's you vs 100000 pirates. Hope you're not putting money into this up front. I wouldn't invest in a new site if the girl was Pamela Anderson.....just saying.

Thats strange, I launched 2 paysites this past year and plan on launching a couple more this year, and thats without having the base of the business having been created when things were going well. We started fresh in 2011. We even pay our models 5 figures up front (not a percent), nevermind production and marketing costs. :)

If you ever come across models who want involved, pass them onto me then!

Also if his business fails, it will mainly be due to inexperience or his business model
