I can picture quiet's situation quite clearly :)

my plan would be:

1) 1.5/4 in real estate
2) 2/4 in liquid cash
3) .5/4 in other investments

There always be work maintaining the money, minimal though, you can sublease the work to a close friend or relative.

I live like a $30,000 year person which is how I got to where I am,
I can live on 2M easily for the rest of my life and I'm pretty young.

4M would almost be overkill.

if I want to go to bahamas , I can drop things and go TOMORROW and take my laptop, if I want to party this whole week I party this WHOLE WEEK, if I want to do anything within limits, I party, I eat fine diners every week , pretty cheap, doesn't have to get expensive. This can be ALL be done on $30k year

What you should NOT be doing is buying depreciating assets such as
$200k ferraris
$50k hummers
$100k boats

that is when your money starts to shrink fast.

How much $ for casino gambling? At least 1 milion. You're going to have to go back to the drawing board.

and a note to sleazydream

you will never be happy when everything is about YOUR image, YOUR money, YOUR respect, YOU YOU YOU YOU.

how about thinking about something other then yourself?

then you will experience the true euphoria you are searching for :)

quiet 02-04-2003 11:38 PM

i really only care about the brutal anal rapes. true.

4 million, I'd definitely be out of this biz. There's other businesses I find far more enjoyable and personally interesting.

However, I find it pretty puzzling that people are attacking Sleazy for wanting to "be someone."

That's not a bad thing. In the old days that was called Ambition. Drive. Lust for power even, but it's certainly not a bad thing.

The fact that you are attacking him for expressing his ambition blows me away. I have that same ambition. Now, I won't attempt to deny that it stems from being a poor kid growing up.

Some of the biggest business empires of the last 2 centuries were built by poor kids who just wanted to be somebody, and they didn't give up in their quest.

It's what made America the great (hurting, but still great) nation it is today. Us Canucks can have the American Dream too ya know. ;>

Anyway that's it.

Cheers,
Backov

Hell no. I would add it to the other 7 figure IRA let that sucker continue to grow.

Retirement will be nice at 35 but even better at 59.5

Nah, just making a general point. Thread kinda changed in the last page or so, but I wanted to say it anyway.

As for the other thing, yep prices set, we've been rolling slowly for the last few days, building up traffic. Email me if you want more details, not ready to go public yet.

Cheers,
Backov

Hmmm I think the questions is.... Do you use peanutbutter or jelly?

mrbling 02-05-2003 12:03 AM

quiet,

Also another thing is, if your still doing 12 hours a day, you are doing it wrong.
You should be working 10 minutes a day, and have people managing everything for you, while you just do the most important stuff.

What you need is a 3-6 month vacation. Then come back level headed, seems like your just burnt out.

He is doing everything wrong? Care to post your bank records and stats?

I work an average of 18 hours a day and have invested wisely. I am happy with what I do and how I do it. Am I doing it all wrong too?

BTW...I did not pull 7 figures last year but I did pull a strong 6. 7 may be workable in 2003. Time will tell.....Unless I am doing everything wrong. :winkwink:

Great thread :thumbsup

Doctor Dre 08-05-2004 03:00 PM

Hell naw . I would invest it and make way more .

4 million is good to live in a house while working for the rest of your life . But if you want to travel and shit (if I had 4millions I wouldn't be standing on my ass all day) you need more eventually . So why not make more money with it ?

$4m is not a lot of money but a great amount to start a really good business.

I would use $250,000 on the most intelligent investors, business gurus, etc to create a full business plan for me and think of all possibilities that can get me the highest return on my investment.
