Which tablet you use?
|
Chris, get Splashtop or Jump Desktop for the ipad and you will use it a ton more.
I love my ipad and the fact that I can be in bed and still work on my main computer is awesome. My wife doesn't like it when I do that, but its great. I bring my ipad everywhere, and if an issue comes up that can't be solved from my iphone, I jump on the ipad and handle it. Also, no need for the 3g version, I just tether the signal to my iphone if I am on the go and there is no wifi available. |
Very close to getting a Kindle Fire.
|
I have an iPad 2. I love it. It sits on my sofa just waiting for me to check some stuff. My fiancee uses it more than I do tho, most times I have to grab my laptop as she is using the iPad.
|
it gave me a headache so I sold it
|
I was not going to buy a tablet unless they reached a certain price and i got mine for below $150 I still got some things to do to it before i am completely happy with it like figure out how to root it , but i am sure i will get that done soon ...

I did not buy any tablet (I thought you were talking about pills)
|
I thought it was asking how many people bought a tablet of some kind, yet everyone posts spamming about their ipads... and ipad is an ipad, not a tablet, I have the acer, only $400. at walmart, outperforms all ipads on every level, I can use memory sticks, usb, plug it into any computer and load whatever movies, mp3's pics whatever I want without having to go through registering it or using some bs program "itunes".
any parent giving their children a apple product is just limiting their potential of learning, you can only do what apple lets you do. on a pc there are no limits... apple is good for what it was made for, people who browse the net and check emails... |

Personally, I found I didn't use it for much, except surfing on sofa so I never bothered to replace it... the air does much more for not muchmuch more. |

I'm very curious though. Thanks |
I can't really see the point in them.. other than if you read a lot of books and get something like a kindle.
If you want to carry one around you will have to carry some sort of bag and if you do that, you might as well carry a laptop. JMO. |

people would steal a tablet pc so quick here... they literally rob/kill people for iphones. gotta buy big clunky electronics that are too hard to lug around. anything portable is a goner

I bought a tablet that ran on the Android OS earlier this year and was disappointed with it. I sold it on Ebay 3 months after I purchased it. The Ipad is a much better product. I think that apple holds its app developers to a higher standard than you get with Android apps. 25% of the apps that I tried to run on my Android tablet caused it to lock up and require a reboot. I have never had that problem with an app on my Ipad or Iphone. :2 cents:

I have the ipad 1 and the motorola Android Xoom.. use them both
|
what android tablet did you get?
Alot of people get the cheapest android phones they can then say they hated it and it was horrible and how much better the iphone is...if you compare similar products then the people who dislike android goes way down Quote:
