I have pushed webcams almost exclusively since 2001. My first check was around $600 for a few days and my second pushed $5000. I've made many people from here a lot of money over the years and even some non webmaster strangers that I met the first year I started. I had a bus driver pushing $3000 to $5000 per week the month after I set her up, she sent me thank you cards at Christmas for a few years. I've worked with some of the top programs on promotions, built software that is still in use on known sites today and have helped multiple camgirls increase their earnings over the years. My websites were copied hundreds of times over the years because they converted and I was featured as a top affiliate of iFriends. Hell, I made up to $1000 / week sometimes from idiots forgetting to change some of my link codes to theirs when they hit File > Save As on my site.

Agreed. Personally I have made money from my own Streamate/Cams white labels over the years and don't promote Chaturbate. I personally can't see sending someone away for .10-$1.00 when directed to my own whitelabel could turn into someone that spends $100's a month as not only do I analyze my traffic sources but I tag them as well so I know where each sign up/conversion comes from. I see people just sending their garbage traffic as an option but since that pays the lowest I would think creating your own email capture form and having continuous marketing ability to them yourself would be worth more than .10 a sign up. I think the program is brilliant but more from Chaturbates end or from an advertisers end and not as much from an affiliate angle as it seems like a short term plan instead of building a long term rev share on your own brand which is why they are offering it as they are basically building a targeted marketing database for .10-$1.00 per user. These threads will probably die down after January 31st, 2012 as that's when referral commissions get cut in half.

The fact that you don't understand what I'm doing has no bearing on whether or not it makes sense for me. I have multiple things going on that all tie into this and I am pretty damn good at figuring out what works for me. Seems you have an idea what works for you or at least the thought process required to test it so why do you assume less of me?

Also, almost all of my joins are $1 each. I wouldn't push traffic anywhere for .10.

I think Shirley is an awesome rep from my Spunky Cash days and have no bad feelings toward the program and I'm pretty sure it will do well. Just highlighting short term versus long term strategies and in the case of cams long term rev share usually trumps as most of my members spend hundreds every month and the reason programs can pay $100,$200,$300 per sign up as once someone spends a few times they usually stick around. Plenty of webmasters go for the quick buck over building a recurring revenue stream so if your helping them make more sales then more power to you which of course builds your recurring long term income so I know you're not dumb :thumbsup

You clearly haven't spent any real time analyzing chaterbate from a business perspective. I've spent the last week or so looking at MFC and chaterbate and it's clear to me that the other cam sites will be declining over the next couple years which means those $100 signups will be going away.. A "customer" can get everything they provide and more (personal emails from the girls, skype shows/calls, videos, pictures etc) and for less money on the free cam sites. In addition, these free sites provide a way for lonely guys to just chat with girls without it costing any money, thus building more of a social experience which builds loyalty etc to the cam models and thus the site.

As for chaterbate itself, it's lacking in traffic which of course means not as many girls but it has the potential... However, it currently provides more of a "personal" experience than MFC and some of the girls seem to like it more because of that even though they're on both sites. I personally like the layout/interface a lot more than MFC but they need to do some work and add more features if they're going to grow to the size of MFC. Whether they're going to do that or not will be the determining factor in it's success/failure IMO.

Even with fewer girls, lower traffic etc, the top girls are still earning 15k - 20k tokens a week at this point and some of them work multiple sites... I watched one of them get about 3k tokens in maybe an hour last night and she was still working it when I left... And that's with a customer base that doesn't spend as much as MFC.. i.e. they're tipping 10-100 tokens whereas on MFC, there's guys dropping 50-1000. I think one of the top earners on chaterbate doesn't even get naked.. LOL.. I've watched some "popular" girls on both sites and as surprising as it may seem, I don't see the MFC girls making a ton more money as they seem to set similar show goals. The MFC girls will typically make it quicker though but then they do their show and leave.. However, some of the MFC girls probably make a lot more because of all their extras and because they've built up a big base of fans which spend money on all those things. Something that will come with time with chaterbate.

Get your $100+/signup on the standard cam sites while you can because it's not going to be around for many more years.
