QuickSynergy (allows you to share your keyboard and mouse with windows machines over LAN)
iTerm (better terminal tabs, history etc)
MAMP Pro (Apache, PHP, MySQL dashboard. Really useful for development)
Github GUI
Cyberduck (FTP, SFTP etc)
