See the 1st post and contact me and you can pickup where you left off my friend :winkwink:
Stop by the site and see them anytime, I'm sure the girls would love to see you again!

no thanks, good luck with the sale.
I still have few KPC sets and maybe some hot shots sets.

It's been nearly 20 years and i remember every KPC set by heart.
I think we used to sell em at like $10 wholesale and ship out 1000s of sets

What we have is pretty huge, but by no means everything in existence for sure. When I first discovered these things a dozen years ago I was amazed at how vast this market is, and I am still amazed to this day an how much is out there.

Another company that really put out some wild stuff is Mother Productions, they billed themselves as 'the world's most bizarre collectors cards' and produced both adult and non-sport stuff. In both arenas they certainly lived up to the bill...

Here's one of their promos for 'Wrench Wenches & Grease Girls' from the mid 90s...

I've been involved for about a dozen years. Most of what we've acquired has been from interactions with other collectors, dealers and individuals that have approached us. We're also involved in lots of non-sport card related stuff too and have met lots of other dealers and people along the way. We setup TheTradingCardMuseum.com a few years ago and then realized that there was bigger interest in the adult that we had originally realized. We setup AdultTradingCards.com originally because amazingly enough there was no central depot in the adult entertainment industry that seemed to be catering to the niche. Now all these guys here just want to focus on the digital stuff and seem to be missing the boat on the fact that a population around the world actually wants to collect porn, in a real collectible form :thumbsup

Here's another Mother Productions promo...

Really? What's your take? I used to be a huge collector 10 years ago in non-sports but there seems to have been a huge decline. I always wondered how a company like stellar even stayed in business considering guys like inkworks went down (although they did have a lot of bad bets on terrible franchises). What were the print runs like for some of these series? Must have been way less than a couple of thousand boxes and I can only imagine them sold online. It felt like the whole business went to pullers and ebay.

For everyone else reading this, it amazes me how non-sports never took off in regards to the autograph community. Where else will you get verified, guaranteed genuine autos of major stars for such comparably low prices? I still have my Charleton Heston from Planet of the Apes!

Well, I would certainly say that compared to 10-15 years ago there was a decline for sure, but much like any collectibles market there is always a roller coaster effect. I actually see the market as steadily increasing now from a collector’s standpoint, though there are not near as many producers of product at the current. That is why I keep stressing to this crowd here who keeps only focusing on digital porn and content. Stellar is doing great and keeps producing new lines and series of Playboy cards all the time and they kind of have the market for new product somewhat cornered because no other major adult entertainment industry players are paying attention. What stellar has done is adjust their production quantity, along with contemporary quality. They no longer are producing 10s or 100s of thousands of cases of product, but what they are lacking In quantity they are making up with increased cost and value of their card products. Plus the capabilities of WHAT can be produced now is staggering. It’s not just cardboard anymore, there’s autographs, panty cards, shoe swatches, dna cards, film cards, and all kinds of new technology going into card production now.

Part of the reason for the decline originally in the market was also due to the initial proliferation of the online digital stuff all these folks are now producing. It was also awesome in the beginning and lots of people spent the last many years downloading tons of digital pics and videos and that was for a while the replacement of the collectible products. Now the online stuff is so saturated, collectors are starting to turn back to the original concepts to some exent and re-discovering the original collectible porn from the 1990s and into the 2000s, i.e. the Adult Trading Cards and related products.

The other issue through the 2000s was that there was no central depot for this stuff. Magazines are being published less and less, but look at some of the prices for adult magazines now in the collectibles market. I see Hustler’s, Penthouse, Chic, Cheri and lots and lots of other old rags now selling sometimes for huge multiples of their original cover prices. But again, there is no central depot for a global market. eBay has an adult section for exchange, but the problem there is that pretty much only the US can access it, and even then they make you jump through hoops to get access and they hide it away from view. International buyers cannot even see it at all, and even most people in the US are not even aware of its existence. We are seeing more and more international traffic and sales coming the the AdultTradingCards.com site all the time, as well coming to our other collectible sites looking for adult material, especially from all over Europe, Australia and Canada.

Look at Wicked Pictures, in 2004-2006 they produced 2 series of hardcore cards with famous porn stars, and they sold out fast. They were smart, got in, sold out. If they, or someone like them, were to come into this market right now, they would make a fortune, because other than Playboy or Benchwarmer, and of course the Japanese Juicy Honey series, there is no other major competition. The market is actually hungry, but has few resources and few producers, hence why I think we get a lot of inquires via our sites. What I think Wicked did wrong though was producing the hardcore porn cards, in my experience collectors do not want to see dick at all, they want just girls, had Wicked produced their cards with just the girls themselves, they would have seen an even bigger demand and would still be producing cards now. That’s why I am surprised that places like Twisty’s, Karup’s, the guys from InTheCrack or some of these other babe companies are not addressing this niche. I would be willing to bet that if they started offering collectible cards to their members old and new, that memberships would go way up and retention rates would be more solid too.

Anyway, I’m rambling, if you’re at all interested in more details, either about what we know about the market as it stands, or possibly in the acquisition of the site itself and all its bells and whistles, feel free to give me a shout, we are in deal making moods :thumbsup

As with most of those earlier sets, they are becoming hard to find anymore.

Yeah... that is them.

Are they worth anything ?

Are any of dancer cards worth more than others ?

Did any of the girls become famous ?

WebCashMaker 12-13-2011 05:32 PM

I also have full sets of the "serial killer" trading cards.

Are they worth anything ?

There are 2 sets, series 1 and 2, series 1 would retail about 25 and series 2 about 30. I don't recall off hand whether any of the particular girls became more famous than others to be able to tell you. These sets are not necessarily hard to find or uncommon, though the pure platinum and solid gold chase sets have become scarce.

That sucks.
