Yes Beaner has definitely helped us refocus, and frankly we are already seeing great gains and benefits in such short time, and the ideas he has presented to us and is implementing are simply incredible!

So far our biggest regret is not taking him up on his offer much sooner:(

He was never pushy or hard selling his services, and he stressed that he really wanted the gist of our relationship to be built on "trust"

I know Beaner is only human but so far, his actions have convinced us that he may be "superhuman"...LOL

As you may or may not recall, I did mention to you once how doing "all 3 aspects" of running your website is nearly impossible and does tend to cause enormous stress. Very few can do all 3 things well and remain sane (manage the site, shoot the content and promote the site). Beaner will handle one or more of those tasks freeing you to do what you do best, create killer content. :)

Hey Sara good to see you're back on track. Now if you look back, it's those payment processors and banks kicking you off who lost, not you, right? You're now with ccbill and they have the largest affiliates network. I moved a few of my mild sites back to ccbill in December and quickly got a few new affiliates and xmas sales were awesome :)

Seeing the reference on the site to 'HotMovies.com' -- is there Sara Swirls content on HotMovies? If so, what is the actress name or studio name? I don't find anything after a using a variety of search terms.

Hey Midnightio, great question:) For the record we NO LONGER have any titles on hotmovies.com... We had a great relationship with them, but decided to pull our content and try to ensure that most if not all of our content was only made available on our website.

However our content did very well in terms of popularity as anyone with there finger on the pulse of this industry will tell you and you can verify this on hotmovies right now that CUCKOLDING is there most sought after niche, and highest search term on the entire site.

We added the screencaps to our affiliate sign up page to show that as small mom and pop amateurs that we are, we launched content that completely dominated the # 1 spots on hotmovies, where our content was competing with other much better known studios and performers in the interracial and cuckolding niches.

This astonished us, and we felt that any affiliates would be convinced there was demand for our content by visually seeing the results on our affiliate signup page.

BTW, what was your overall opinion of Hotmovies? Were the content revenues worthwhile given the number of users/viewers which use their site? I have a project in mind with particular video content, and in lieu of building a membership site and the on going time requirements, I am considering posting some 30-45 minutes scenes there and studying the results.

Yes hotmovies.com was a great company to do business with, the staff were always professional and sincere, and they treated me very very well!

However I must tell you that as the one who produced the content, it was very difficult to digest,accept,swallow, and process the fact that you as the producer are not entitled to the LION's share of the revenue.

Case and point.....I will share this because I think it is critical for all producers to grasp, we remember one payout being $2500.00 for 1 month....they payout once a month.

So when use a thing called "math" to help with your decisions, well the math tells me that if I get paid $2500.00 and I am being paid a rate of 25% of revenue, then that tells me that someone else is walking away with $7500.00 of money that quite frankly should have been split with a little more integrity.

I don't think I have to add much more because I have always felt numbers talk better than people.

Knowing that our content is capable of generating at least 10,000.00 a month, we felt it was vital to return the control and dispersal of our content back to ourselves the ones who actually do the lion's share of the work :2 cents::thumbsup

We understand that business is about networking and expanding distribution of your goods and services, but that kind of split is a way to put yourself out of business real fast

As far as being stressed out...sure I think anyone tasked with walking a few hundred yards in our shoes would be at their breaking point... at one point we were taking enemy fire from not just industry people who stole our much needed money, but we were getting back stabbed by so called friends, and family members, just seemed like everyone was turning on us at one point...but through it all....our fans never turned on us...and still support us, and still respect us....truthfully if it were not for the undying love and support of our fans we would have surrendered this a long time ago.

We have a whole new outlook, and confidence beyond our ability to express. We certainly consider Beaners Intervention....nothing short of Divine Intervention, as he went out on a limb to offer his services and honestly he did not know us as individuals, and he had nothing to gain, we are not sure what touched him to want to reach out but he did, and its been wonderful having him on our team. We have learned much from him, and even found out we have much in common.
