It is VERY quiet and beautiful about 45 mins by speedboat from Lanta. No roads. Not many resorts. Fantastic snorkelling, the reef is only about 50 m out from the beach. So it was breakfast, snorkel, read, lunch, snorkel, shower, shag, dinner, drink. Rinse and repeat. Very lovely.

Amazing. Pretty darn hot, especially if you go to the non-tourist restaurants. But excellent.

However, one day my missus got food poisoning so bad I had to take her to hospital and she was put on a drip!

But aside from that minor issue, it was amazing.

Funny enough just yesterday I was thinking how you were doing and if you spoke fluent Portuguese by now :)

Going to Brazil or a while is the best decision i made in years. Good food, good weather, beautiful babes, great beaches, very nice people. I am trying to get a via so I can stay here longer than 6 months. I love it here. I am surrounded by to much English and Dutch speaking people, so i am not speaking fluently portugese yet.

Live is good, the only thing to ?worry? about is if I live in Brazil, Uruguay, or Thailand after these 6 months. Or maybe another country? One thing is for sure, I won?t live in Holland longer than 2 months a year the coming years. I think Thailand might be great also, but different.. When I go live in Thailand I am also thinking about going to Cambodia for a few months. In Thailand I always have the impression 95% of the girls are prostitutes.

Maybe start a topic about Brazil, this is about pictures from Thailand :)
