Steve DOES have service mark rights to porn related services under the Lightspeed brand. Fiber optics or whatever the other company does is a different industry and noone will confuse Lightspeed fiber optics with Lightspeed porn. Lightspeed means Steve when taking about porn related services and "practical jokes" that are in extremely bad taste.

"Lightspeed" on GFY is confusing and therefore infringes on Steve's rights.
