Amerinoc is pretty much unbeatable in the support department.

The only issue I have with them is that some of my servers are getting pretty old and I am going to have to get in touch with them to get some sort of migration/consolidation going on.

Getting bad service on a shared plan is not ok If the host thinks that is ok. I would not host with them. I also do not believe amerinoc thinks this way as I have had accounts there in the past and the service they provide is very good quality! And I am saying this as one of there competitors.

It's probably an old server in which case ask to be moved or a oversold network let's hope it's the first.

good idea, but what if the server the script is on is troublesome? sounds like this has to be at another host

I just got an Amerinoc server not too long ago when they had the special going on. I don't have the exact numbers on hand, but I'm pretty sure the up-time is 99.95% or better...

My up-time is at least 99.99%. If it wasn't, I wouldn't have stayed with them for 10+ years and counting. Amerinoc rocks :thumbsup
