My suggestion would be to go through all the emails, ICQ or Skype, might need help. Isolate the problems, put them right and offer the aggrieved a nice juicy discount or even a bunch of free content. dealing with problems cost time, time costs money. So besides the money they may have lost, they lost time, money, try to clear are the problems AFSC created.

Then go and try to build a new reputation. Trust, respect and loyalty are never gifts, they are payment to those who deserve it.

If you're joining a custom shooter with a client. Then that custom shooter had better be in house or so under your control he dare not screw up. Unknown custom shooters are an accident waiting to happen.

No problem... that's all I can do right now is make sure everyone I talk to and work with is happy and gets what they want... they updated the system so everything is fully downloadable so that is in the process of taking care of one problem, the biggest one I see so far... I have other ideas to help make the site smoother and more user friendly, but first I want to right the wrongs and make sure everyone ordering is getting everything they need... :)

Bought from AFSC with the help of Loryn. It's my experience that Loryn is fantastic at customer service and I got what I needed. She will be an asset there :)

FYI... None of the glamour photo sets that have been added over the last 4+ months, including the most recent sets, have visible thumb samples. Either the person adding the sets is doing something wrong or there's a problem with CMS. Whatever the issue, I won't even consider buying again from AFSC until that is fixed.

I bought scenes June 2011, received the promised hard drive almost 2 months later missing scenes and without any 2257 documents.

So far and after 6 months I got documents for 120 scenes out of 500 scenes.

What pisses me off , they have time to send marketing emails but no time to reply to my emails.

As per Loryn's instructions, every photoset on the site now has preview thumbs available, and every video on the site has a preview video you can download.

Also, with the assistance of Loryn's people, every photoset and video shown on the site is available for immediate download. Loryn's goal was to take away the need for a customer service rep... if what you order can downloaded instantly, no need to speak to anyone. And under Loryn's new direction that's exactly where we're at.

(note that some photos or videos may not yet have "cover" thumbs added, but the details page will still display preview of the sets/videos.)

I've even been paid upfront on deals I've brought in that are still being processed... I guess when you're upfront and show consistency by doing what you say and saying what you do, people want to make sure you are happy and want to stay...

Great deal, but I discovered a serious issue that needs fixed ASAP.

I was browsing the photo sets putting an order together, had over a dozen sets in my cart, when the doorbell rang. While I was helping the delivery driver put the new table saw in the garage my session timed out and everything in the cart was gone. :error

The cart cookie needs to persist beyond the current user session. :mad:
