don't know about their past, but anyone who likes GFY should know whenever Loryn gets involved with a company it does well, as she was involved at the beginning of GFY.....and you all seem to like this place....

Does anyone else find it ironic that Loryn or her previous employers (I think, correct me if I am wrong) got taken by some fake producer in Florida for some 40-thousand odd dollars on a bogus content deal and now she is in charge of the content company with the most negative threads about it in GFY history for not delivering what was ordered?

I mean for crying out loud, it's not like the previous people running AFSC even had to spend money to shoot new content custom for their customers. All they had to do was organize the exisiting content, docs and paperwork and send them to whoever purchased and they couldn't even get that straight on all the previous tries according to many complaints posted here.

Bad news travels fast and lasts longer. People expect the best possible service as a norm.

My suggestion would be to go through all the emails, ICQ or Skype, might need help. Isolate the problems, put them right and offer the aggrieved a nice juicy discount or even a bunch of free content. dealing with problems cost time, time costs money. So besides the money they may have lost, they lost time, money, try to clear are the problems AFSC created.

Then go and try to build a new reputation. Trust, respect and loyalty are never gifts, they are payment to those who deserve it.

If you're joining a custom shooter with a client. Then that custom shooter had better be in house or so under your control he dare not screw up. Unknown custom shooters are an accident waiting to happen.

Even though many don't like me, when was the last time your read a thread flaming out service?

I re-read the old thread from a year ago and it wasn't you or your previous employers that got ripped off by a bogus producer, it was "a close associate of [yours]" and you were warning people. No one thought you ripped anyone off, but that post made it sound like you were involved with the victim. Anyway, good luck with your new position, sounds like you have some challenges ahead. As someone who specializes in shooting custom content aimed at pleasing buyers and end users I can sympathize with your plight.

No problem... that's all I can do right now is make sure everyone I talk to and work with is happy and gets what they want... they updated the system so everything is fully downloadable so that is in the process of taking care of one problem, the biggest one I see so far... I have other ideas to help make the site smoother and more user friendly, but first I want to right the wrongs and make sure everyone ordering is getting everything they need... :)

Having read a lot of threads on GFY about AFSC... and then this one.

Bought from AFSC with the help of Loryn. It's my experience that Loryn is fantastic at customer service and I got what I needed. She will be an asset there :)

I have no doubt you'll do what you can, you guys have good content at good prices, if you can help them iron out the kinks should be great!

FYI... None of the glamour photo sets that have been added over the last 4+ months, including the most recent sets, have visible thumb samples. Either the person adding the sets is doing something wrong or there's a problem with CMS. Whatever the issue, I won't even consider buying again from AFSC until that is fixed.
