Kid, you're a shitstain. If I wanted to live in Bermuda, I'd own a home there.
Renters bragging about where they rent as they're on their way to live with mommy is the hieght of entertainment

Like I said you don't get it. Buying a home in Bermuda for a couple years would be flat out throwing money out the window. It's okay, nobody really expects a roofer to understand money matters.

Personally I've lived in Costa Rica, Canada, The USA, Singapore, Hong Kong and now Bermuda. You should try getting out of the USA sometimes though, see the World, broaden your horizons. You might actually get a little perspective on the World and gain a little bit of the respect you so desperately want as evidenced by every post you've ever made. We both know you won't be living abroad anytime soon though. Damned shame.

I do own a house.
Visiting is not living with. I haven't lived with my mom since I was 16.
I was never a TGP guy.
You don't even realize the strict rules regarding what you can and cannot buy in Bermuda, the way that financing works there or the enormous tax ex-pats have to pay on property.

Wrong on every account again. You should just quit while you're ahead. Well I mean not ahead, just look through this thread to see how much respect you get around here. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

There are no doubt some very talented people in the military. For them, it's a career move. But they make up only a minuscule percentage of the military.

Let's talk about the 23yo stoner that is about to get kicked out of the house by his father, so he joins the military. Now we are supposed to suddenly feel compelled to kiss his feet? That's exactly how it is in this country and everyone here damn well knows it.

No son, I know exactly what it takes to own property in Bermuda. That's why I laugh about you bragging about where you live. You're a renter. If I wanted to live in Bermuda I'd own a home there. Just because a snot nose kid like yourself can't own there, doesn't mean it's impossible, it just means such things are left to your betters.

Oh, and if I were looking for the respect of trolls, I'd have stared a thread about my first time traveling in first class.:1orglaugh

Joe Rogan is the best agreed. Mauro is so excitable tho and I think does a good job. The last 2 SF cards were real sleepers tho with Gilbert Melendez against Jorge Mastival in the main event (lightweight).

Actually not a bad fight but not for main event. But there are a few good fighters in SF.

Actually Rogan is color and Mauro is play by play. Mauro is prob better than Mike Goldberg imo.

The "Croation Sensation" Pat Militich is excellent with Mauro as color man. Shamrock (Ken Shamrock's little brother.. spaced the first name) is not the best but not too bad as the other color man. Mauro has two color men with SF.

Worst around is Bas Rutin as a color man for the SF prelims.

12 Clicks may have you by a couple weight classes but Warchild is the real deal :)

BTW who has "The Real Deal" as their nickname? I love some of the nicknames now days.

answer below

Answer: Ross "The Real Deal" Pearson :)

No you have no idea. You can't just buy any house in Bermuda. You have to buy in the top percentage of houses and it must already be owned by an ex-pat. The tax is around 30% and housing values are on the fall in Bermuda. All of that adds up to a financial disaster to buy for just 4 years or so. You don't understand that at all because like everything else you're totally wrong on this subject.

Also, I just turned 38. I wish I was a kid again.

See, every wild guess you take is just totally wrong. That's because you have no real world experience. You're just another ignorant American pretending he has a handle on the World when he very clearly doesn't. We're all laughing at you buddy. Your peers on GFY would include Pathfinder. This is the volunteer army and they don't accept crap people!

I have several friends I grew up with that are good people but they were turned down
by the Army, Air Force and Marines. They didn't do drugs, they just couldn't make the
cut.

But unlike you, they are not bitter about it.

Let's just assume you had $1,000,000 cash to buy a house in Bermuda. I don't beleive it for a second but let's just say it's true for the sake of argument. If you dropped that to buy a house so you didn't have to say you rented to live there for a few years, that would flat out make you an idiot. So what you're saying is that you're an idiot? Thanks for the confirmation. :1orglaugh

See, anybody with even a basic level of intelligence would do the math, which I assume is too complicated for you, and realize that it would cost more to buy than to rent for the period you're there for, and then take the smarter approach. It doesn't make you less of a person to rent a house. Not to anybody that matters. I suppose it does to you, but really you don't matter one little bit.

Was I a better person 3 months ago when I was living in the house I own in Vancouver? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

And just to apprise you of the market in Bermuda, you can't buy shit there for a mil.

Actually, $1,000,000 is the starting range for what you would be allowed to buy. See, you can't just buy anything you want. Remember I live there. I know a lot more about Bermuda than you do. Well in all fairness, I know a lot more about a great many things than you do. :1orglaugh

I know guys, partners in large re-insurance companies (look up what re-insurance is, I don't have 10 years to try and explain another simple concept to you), that make more money in a year than you make in 10 years and they rent. They rent huge expensive shit, but they rent.

See, you can't live in Bermuda forever. They won't let you and I wouldn't want to. I plan to be there 4 years or less, so yes in that situation buying makes no sense at all. It shouldn't be that difficult even for a retard to understand that. It really says a lot about you that you can't grasp that simple concept.

A shack in Canada. :1orglaugh You might want to look up property values in the Vancouver area. It's not a 3rd world housing market like the US is.

Poor guy, you haven't gotten anything right all night long.

Son, of course real estate for non bermudens starts at a mil. I just wouldn't be caught dead in what a mil buys there. Your renter friends obviously make more along the lines of what you make, a pittance.
And trust me, Vancouver has its slums. Let's not pretend you're not in one.

You can also own property in Bermuda for as long as you want. Unless you're a poor renter.
