This actually happened to me, in another way.

In 1988 the police raided my place on a false accusation of extreme porn. They seized everything in the office and all the tapes and stuff. All my accounts, documents etc. Took it to the police station to look at. My lawyer asked if there was anything incriminating in the files or content, I said no way and he said keep quiet until they make the next move.
