ALWAYS start at the lower end of the temperature range and move up from there IF necessary. Most of the time, you can successfully vaporize at the lowest temp in the range.

until the fed clues in on what vaporizers are mainly being used for and kick down a few nickels in a federal prison for shipping them across state lines.

considering you are actively marketing this to MMJ users(labelling them as drug paraphernalia), other states will not welcome your product, and if they get bored enough they might pull what they did on Tommy Chong(and a host of others), on you.

i know someone else from adult that got into making those "legal" herbs like they sell in the back of HighTimes, he quickly found himself hitting legal walls and threats right and left.

Its obviously for weed, no need to vape nic juice at that high of temp.

And its the burning of tobacco that causes a lot of health issues, burning anything produces carcinogens, the other chemicals in cigarettes are just an added bonus. Vaping, whether its nicotine juice, tobacco, marijuana, is going to be safer than burning it.

I have concerns about this product. has it been tested and approved by any health, drug or tobacco authorities to be safe at the dosage that it can vaporize at once?

Vaporizing ACTUAL tobacco can kill you. Yes.. you read that right. When smoking it you only get about 25-25% of the drug nicotine. When vaporizing it can get as high as 95% which your body cannot cope with if you do a significant amount. Even one bowl can be very harmful if too large.

This isn't to raid on anyone parade, looks like an awesome product for green uses but too many vaporizer manufacturers are ignorant of the fact that recommending use for tobacco can actually hurt their customers.

We're undergoing certification for all of the internal components so there will be no outgassing, harmful materials inside or out.

We will also be issuing a booklet with warnings on some of the vaping amounts and temps. We've been hesitant about adding coffee as a vaporized product as well since vaping caffeine is much more potent than just drinking a cup of coffee.

We've heard of people vaping eucalyptus too but we pulled that info from the vaped substances list because at high levels it is also very dangerous.

The tobacco was merely as a demonstration for the video. We've been consulting with our attorneys as well as healthcare specialists on vape temps and amounts.

We are also working on some proprietary delivery vehicles like pellets that are pre-measured for vaped substances.

I've been vaping chamomile to help with a little stomach issue I've been helping and it's been working nicely.

We can't control what people vape in our vaporizer, but we can give them as much information as possible and let them discuss options with their doctor and ultimately decide what they wish to do with the information provided.

We definitely don't want dead customers as they won't be able to buy generation 2 devices and we don't want to be "that company".

Now you got me interested in this vaporization of chamomile for stomach issues. I have had a few serious issues with mine over the past year.. can you enlighten me?

I'm hoping to see it in my local head shop soon then :) I bought a Chinese knock-off 'vapor brothers' vape and was not happy with it at all so soon looking for a good one that's portable.

Yeah, we've made quite a few minor changes since this thread first started.
- We added a 10 minute auto shutoff, so the heating element will shut off after 10 minutes of inactivity, preserving the battery life and cutting down the chances of extra overheating of the unit.
- We added a locking mechanism to the lid. Our pre-factory units that we showed at CHAMPS last month had an issue with the locking mechanism getting stuck, so we re-vamped them to slide open easier
- We added a cleaning tool/brush to go under the lid in a compartment
- We added an unscrewable cap under the straw so users can do combined blends or use the top chamber instead of the main chamber
- We're adding 2 oil cans, one empty and one with a fabric swabby inside, so users can vape essential oils and even use the empty barrel to put their grinds in (for easier cleanup of the main chamber)

We'll be debuting in 3 colors: black, white and gray. We had a red unit in our pre-factory production and the color looked shitty, so we bagged it and decided to introduce a red unit down the line, with better color.

For chamomile, it's been used for stomach issues, but as with any oils/herbs, you have to be careful with the amount. We've hired a chemist to produce some custom oil blends for us that will be accurately measured and in safer quantities.

Actually that argument works for why fluoride is added to water... just saying... safer is better than not safe at all if there is an option to take away some risk. Right? What about seat belts? You can still crash and die in a car but you stand less of a chance if you are belted even though wearing a belt is a pain in the ass.

I was using a Megladon and the button went bust on me so I ordered a LavaTube (my first variable voltage mod) and it was very cheaply made. The button on it stopped working in 4 days. Waiting to get my Megladon back from it's repair and while I waited was tempted into buying a new V2 Provari. Awesome device!!! VERY well made. Now I'm just waiting on an RTA but the waiting list on that is quite large so I probably won't see mine for about 8 weeks.

That is a rebuildable dripping atomizer. Holds about 20 drops of ejuice (more if you have a longer wick).

This is a rebuildable tank atomizer. The purple bit comes in a few colours. I have mine of order in black. These atomizers are meant to be amazing. Can't wait to get my hands on it :)

If you want we try to do a cool animated gif banner with a "smoke" loop at no extra cost. Just to test the CTR. Those type of banners work very well! Let me now ;)

Let's do it...but remember, one of the selling factors of our vaporizer is no smoke/smell...

So maybe the smoke loop and then it stops and the words "now you're vaping" or something like that. I'll discuss it with John.
