Yes I know you're jealous! No serious: conversions are really bad right now! One of my new main sponsors is doing 1:10500 in February! The same sponsor was doing 1:2000 in January!!! Lucky enough I have some rebills but I have put up 1000's of galleries on my network and it is not paying off at all!
My CCBill main sponsor is doing 1:1200 now which is not bad... An older amateur CCBill sponsor does 1:2600 and I remember doing 1:250 with them!

getting a bunch of refunds at CCbill, sales are ok. CCbill referrals (almost 10k) are 30% down this month
at NATS and other back-ends sales are lower, than usual

Do you mean 10K of unique visitors (traffic)-30% or 10K in revenue-30% compared to January?
I also had more refunds than normal at CCBill but I have seen the same at other sponsors (NATS). Yes February is a month to forget fast and I hope thing will pick up soon.

Geezzz...I have been gone for a little over 5 years because I had a 5 year non compete when I sold my company in 2006. I see not much has changed. People are still complaining about ratios and conversions....Back in 1995, we used to complain about 1:250 conversions.....lol Anyway, it is good to be back.

it seems it was a completely shitty month after all...

this was the best week we have had in almost 2 years and thats even with a bunch of denials for this past week. so we can't complain too much
