Sorry, but it appears that you're quite uninformed in regards to this topic.
I'm aware of more than a few advanced coders who are up in age and yet wholeheartedly support Anonymous' cause. I'm not certain of their level of participation, but they definitely don't fit the description of "kids".
The kids who do get caught often are merely using the scripts that are written by more advanced coders. Hence the label, "script kiddies".
Also, in case you were not paying attention, Anonymous' message has matured greatly over the past 5 years or so. Lulzsec, under Sabu's guidance, deliberately perpetuated the kid-like "For the Lulz" personality that the general public has come to expect from hackers. It was a negative PR strategy that was well-played by law enforcement.
With that said, you're incorrect in regards to your assertions of frivolity. There will come a time when the Feds will have to work with Anonymous. And it will happen sooner than you expect.
