the reason was " child porn " on a tube site, someone uploaded a video, and it was reported to ncmec, and ncmec emailed ss, and my server was closed

However, the exact same thing happened to another site, and he got all 3! of his sites back within a day

Nah I review all uploads. The fact is, the same thing has happened to someone elses server, same report from ncmec and he gets his server back!

Well, given you are running a tube site and are not 2257 compliant you've run into one of the many legal issues with the tube type sites. If you had 2257 docs for your content you would be able to respond within the framework of the regulations and would probably not be offline.
