Unless you want to continue paying for a server that is not up? I'd give them a call to not only cancel the account and possibly obtain your content (assuming it is legal), but also to get a straight answer as to why they shut the server. :2 cents:

funnily enough, another site I know got taken down by them the other day for exact same reason, only difference is, he got his data back and is still hosted there!!

I had to restart my site from scratch as they wiped my data and wouldn't give it back!

that sucks, hopefully you can get your site back up to the same point without loosing too much time rebuilding it.

However, the exact same thing happened to another site, and he got all 3! of his sites back within a day

Well, given you are running a tube site and are not 2257 compliant you've run into one of the many legal issues with the tube type sites. If you had 2257 docs for your content you would be able to respond within the framework of the regulations and would probably not be offline.
