What I personally agree on, is that the fact that Canada has lack of government control over companies, especially in financial sector. It difficult, if not impossible to image that the person who?s name is associates with one of the biggest scams online (google "Vimax" and "scam") were allowed to open a financial company that hold people?s money.
Yes, we are another victim of Paxum negligence. We played by Paxum TOS, and yes, Paxum stole our money w/out any notification. They tried to do it silently, to hide it and it would work because we had a lot of transactions going back and force in our Paxum account. It would be one of many transactions but our partners told us to check balancesand here we are, $2500 disappeared plus we were charged transaction fees, so don?t be surprised to find out that your account has less money that it supposed to have, because somebody somewhere long time ago got a stolen money and passed it to you. Even though that money passed through many legitimate accounts, you will be held responsible simply because you are the last person in the chain that had sufficient funds available on your account to cover Paxum mistakes. If you think you are protected by Paxum promises in there TOS, or somewhere else, think again, that promises worth no more that Octav?s statements regarding his "Vimax" pills.
It?s your money and your decision, worth it?s the risk to trust your money to paxum or not. Somebody smart said:
?Common people learn on their mistakes, smart people learn on another people mistakes, and stupid people never learn?
We learned this lesson in hard way, don?t be stupid and learn on our mistakes. Stay away from Paxum. There are many similar companies that financially strong enough to take responsibility for their actions and will not sell their reputation for couple dollars like cheap paxum does.
Good luck to everybody.
