What's the current benefit of your Signup link?

I wouldnt be using it on that tu8e.com tube but on a new one run more along paysite lines with paid for content with the tube being used as the tour.
The only reason why i have the sign up on http://www.tu8e.com was to see if it was worth collecting members to send out a newsletter to.

If anyone needs a hand, or possibly examples of how to set up and push the SexKey model, let me know. There are many different ways to do it, as it is a flexible model.

I did not signup yet (although I may have signed up years ago but did not start actively using it), but I am interested to see those various examples of how to push it.
If possible coud you shoot me an email (email in sig) with those?

lol adultcheck doesn't even resolve anymore I don't think. What happened to cyberage? Did Dave disappear and everyone got screwed in AVS again?

I still have 30 or 40 AC Gold sites along with 20 or 30 premium AgeCheck/Cyberage sites that are sitting online doing nothing.

Sexkey is still around. 15 years now and never missed an affiliate payout.

Lot's of our affiliates still actively building AVS sites/doorways. It's still easy money if you grease the traffic.

Example: create a new "tab" on a blog. Call it premium content if you want (maybe more pics, clips, stories, whatever) and make people sign up (free) to SexKey to access that "premium" content. Bingo. $25 for ever free join to access that special area of your blog.

That's just one method.

As for link lists and directories. Yeah there are a lot of them still around, and most of them list AVS sites still.

Is that recurring? What are the options for billing?

I'm going to hit you up sometime in the next week. I'd like to get back into AVS type stuff. I'm feeling nostalgic.

I found your account and sent you an email. Let me know if you got it. I put in some possible solutions for what you've been suggesting.

We can bulk import all your non-Sexkey sites and transform them. You'll still have to insert our join script, but all the backend work we can save you.

Those sites will be making money again with a quick turnaround.

{1} Who here is actively building new SK sites?
{2} How are you bringing in traffic to them? From your existing network or perhaps submitting to link lists?
{3} Are there even any link lists or directories left?

Wow I havn't even heard about them in 11 years. Flash back!

VenusBlogger 03-15-2012 09:14 PM

I used to have adultbouncer, janswebring and deluxepass, until all of them died...

Used to have between 1000 and 1500 members in total, rebilling between 12 to 15 per month revshare, do the math.

It's a shame these systems died.

I would promote another one, but I don't really trust sexkey, they just have that look of the sponsor that can close your site and stop payment for a very very small and weak reason.

I think that, loosely translated, that means "a solid company with good business practices who will be around a lot longer than the companies who closed up shop."

Think about it from the other side: without strong policies (and enforcement thereof), you're opening yourself to fraud and all the shit that makes "loose" companies get fucked up and die.

I'll put it in another light, too: if you aren't sending traffic, SexKey isn't making money off of you. Do you think it benefits them at all to close a site that's playing by the rules and making money?

:2 cents:

Chris... Do you guys have a webmaster referral program? I just came across a new webmaster who could benefit BIG by using SexKey instead of their current billing model.

I received several email requests for AVS strategies/examples over the weekend and I'm sure many more of you could benefit from this info.

It's basically me telling you how to easily make money with the AVS model. It was easy 12 years ago, and it's still easy.

If anyone else wants more info, just email me.

I think that translate into: "I am over sensitive right now because of the current situation of the adult biz and I as the owner of an AVS system will closed your AVS anytime if I want to..."

But as you can see that guy EVIL CHRIS didn't answer my post. More WARNINGS to anyone who will SPEND time building an AVS there, that can be close anytime if he doesn't like you or your sites...

That's just one of many reasons why AVS died. And those keeping them alive are OVER-Cautelous now, and doing clean breaks if they need to.

So, saying that AVS are in the same situation as 2002, is pure bullshit and is NOT TRUE.

So you've had a look at SexKey and simply conclude that you don't trust us because we "look" like a sponsor who could just up and cancel you for a 'very very small and weak reason'?

What would you like me to say? I could probably say a lot but I'll just say that SexKey's longevity in this unstable business, coupled with the fact that they have never once missed an affiliate payment in their 15 years of operation is reason enough to have an initial sense of trust, and we all know that using an affiliate program requires a distinct level of that T-word.

Fact is, AVS is a very versatile method of moving traffic for profit WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE AWAY a ton of free content (hello tubes!) in order to get a conversion.
It's more about being smart in moving hits to where you know you can monetize them, again without flooding them with a ton of free content.

XSAXS 03-19-2012 08:06 PM

Venus, no disrespect, but I disagree with you.

I believe in Sexkey.

Admittedly, I've never used their system, and I've never made a sale with them. BUT I've been around the biz for 11 years, and I remember people were doing great things with SK way back then. Plus... I've never heard anything but good things about them, so they must be doing something right.

Chris is correct... Sexkey is different than any other product in adult right now. And that presents a golden opportunity. It's just a matter of shifting your thinking a little and coming up with the right marketing strategy. SK is a goldmine waiting to happen.

I'm working on a new project right now, and I'll be using SK extensively throughout. Looking forward to it, Chris!

Really?? I have been doing this since '96, which is well before you got in the business I am guessing. We are one of the last AVS's out there for a reason. Because we don't screw people. 15 years and we have never missed a payment, ever...

Please think before you speak next time.
