After he thoroughly exhausted all his options and found out he couldn't do thing about it? He then played nice and went on a diatribe about how laws and justice aren't balanced and never apologized. So I left it up for another 2 years.

I've also had cases dismissed due to the cop not showing up as I motioned for to reset at a later date (6x) until the judge ordered the cop in just to get on record the lack of evidence dismissal as I later filed suit in Federal court for Police harassment.

You see the system is broken, but not like you think. The biggest fear for a cop or Judge is not a crazed ignorant lunatic with a gun, but a well informed citizen with a pen. When that does not work anymore it truly time to pull out the gun.
