The GeoCities page I saw actually had no content relevant to my search and was simply a Yahoo notice that GeoCities was shut down. If Google is ranking that page giving significant emphasis to age and backlinks without a shred of useful content, then their algorithm is seriously flawed, open to manipulation and the reason for an awful web surfing experience.
