Try the scivation stuff, it is the dog's bollocks mate; seriously. I've tried ON and found it too bland, I've tried Sci Mentor and found it too sweet (like a McDonalds shake), tried Dymatize and it was awful and chalky tasting, tried MetRX stuff and wasn't any better. Scivation on the other hand is brilliant and mixes with a fork.

I will check it out. Thanks. If i can find it somewhere, i can get some samples. I'm like a cat.. I start getting pretty finicky for no real reason and want to try different things.
ABOUT VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS
Attacking people that take vitamins and supplements is very childish and ignorant.
The supplement industry is full of bullshit because the world is full of idiots looking for shortcuts as someone noted already. Supplements are monstrously profitable and repeat sales good. I say this as someone who owns a gym and sells our own supplement line.
Those facts however have nothing to do with basic biochemistry and your bodies requirements and whether or not they are being met through diet and that overall, most vitamin/mineral supplements are legitimate and beneficial... where usually its only the claims that are dubious.
Regarding the silly hippy pseudoscience, hype, myth and fiction and "i eat like this, so i'm good" crowd...
All you have to do is look up the nutritional value of any fruit, vegetable, meat and cross reference to what the government's recommended daily allowance is - and it only takes a few minutes of doing that to understand that its not easy at all to meet your daily requirements from food without being extremely diligent. Also, the RDA of vitamins and minerals is quite low almost across the board and there are substantial health benefits to much much higher quantities of many - i.e. essential fatty acids, b complex, c, d3 and so on.
Vitamins and minerals regulate almost every process and function in your body, mostly on a cellular level. Being deficient in anything whether you are aware of it or not, feel good or not, are getting sick often or not does not mean there aren't serious consequences at some point and that you won't one day answer to the cumulative effect of those deficiencies over a long period of time. It's not something to take lightly. Everyone is a cocky and arrogant about it ONLY because we all aren't still having these conversations when the guys who know it all and criticize everything are being spoon fed and having their diapers changed as they slowly die from Alzheimer's or any number of diseases, often preventable by good nutrition and exercise.
Another fact that people seem to ignore is that when people are working out, you have the additional demand/depletion and it goes from a matter of preference of taking vitamin/mineral/amino acid supplements to a matter of necessity and an impossibility to get everything you need to build/repair/recover from food and also control your caloric intake/not go broke at the same time.
Of course you can live being deficient in many different vitamins and minerals and your health will largely be determined by your genetics (assuming you do everything else right). Vitamin and mineral supplements are to "make sure"
Not a guess. Not a theory. Not a hypothesis.. just simple facts of human biochemistry, a bodies requirements and common food values.
A grill full of garden fresh vegetables looks nice and colorful. However, it doesn't mean you are getting everything you need in the day, week, month, year - and it should also be noted that cooking vegetables in such a manner often destroys a significant portion or their vitamin/mineral content.:2 cents:
